Today ... New Year and First Day back to monitoring consumption.
Took a shower and weighted 187.6 ... Hmmm lost .4 - 10's of a pound in Skin I guess and New Years Day fan fare!!!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
