feeling very disappointed today. felt so tired last night, feeling like I did not give my all and not worked hard enough. nothing feels as shit as regret.. I guess its a new day and another chance to get it right and make it happen. chin up. stomach in and fake it until I make it :-)

i had a lint chocolate ball last night after 4 weeks of eating correct. i felt so stupid afterwards - was so not worth it. this morning i overslept and did not train. very cross with myself. will go spinning after work - sure it will up my spirit. agree, chin up!! good luck lady!
