Well, it's Monday, my wife is off, which means trouble. I am soon off to take the dogs to grooming. I really, SO enjoyed the concert, especially Grand Funk Railroad. They still have it, like they always have, but you see the result of the buffet. Interesting, I am believing weight just comes off easier without my workouts. Just seems so. It is different about working out. At my age, it's like you're dxmned if you do, and you're dxmned if you don't. Working out gets me so tired for days, but you don't, and you start feeling the creaky of old age. It is a struggle, you DON'T feel in youth. I have always been very active as a high school, and college athlete. Everyone, have a great Monday! MAX CARL!
