Ada 2 faktor bro... Kurang kalori & metabolismenya tinggi... Akhir2 ini sy latihan HICT ....mungkin sy lanjutin cutting dl aja. Percuma bulk klo kalori kurang terus jatuhnya malah cut

wahahaha, mesti beli suplemen protein bcaa atau carnivor, ga bakal cukup kalo cuma makan seadanya.. sukses ya bro

Sudah bro sy memang konsumsi bcaa & whey carnivor... Mungkin nnt wkt bulk sy ganti gainer carnivor
