OK...holiday's over...time to get the real party started! Tomorrow kids back in school and time to get started on my goals. 2012 goals:
1) Lose 20 lbs
2) Run/walk minimum 104 times (2x per week 30 mins)
3) Intermitten Fasting 1-2 days per week or 52-104 days this year
4) Track food minimum 7 days per week for 1 month to find areas to improve

Wish me luck.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
