I definitely didn't deserve to go down in weight, scale must be broken. Still, I'll take as a sigh from above not to give up on myself...a little bit of motivation is certainly what I needed...so we did a little exercise this morning, and I haven't had any chocolate yet today. It's a start back in the right direction.
