Did a 30 minute workout this morning. Not as vigorous or as long as I think I should have done, but better than skipping it. The big challenge in front of me is to not gain over the weekend.

195.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
