day one of my diet. Ugh! 257.6 on my scale at home. wish me all the luck. because I will need it to get back into diet mode. wishing everyone the best of luck also!
257.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 62.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
