Breakfast and Lunch - Quiche made with water (Forgot Salad for lunch)
Dinner - flank steak with mashed cauliflower

Snack - 10 almonds

Pot of Coffee with 1/2 Sugar Free Creamer 1/2 2% Milk

I'm not weighing myself till Friday.
142.7 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
