Less than half a pound in two weeks. How frustrating is that? Grr... I couldn't have plateau'ed already, could I?
Maybe instead of just watching calories, I should be watching my fat intake too...
190.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
