I'm slowly losing. I probably shouldn't weigh daily since I get excited about small losses, then depressed when I gain a pound. I know what water weight can do. When I've followed formal diet programs, there was only a weekly weigh in, preferably on Wednesday, so that I would be less likely to binge on the weekends since I didn't know how I was doing, and wasn't fooled by apparent small weight losses. I just can't keep myself off the scale though. Still, I'm slowly losing weight.

I had to cut back on exercise. I went to the gym to do weights Friday, and got dizzy when I stood up after doing bench presses. I had to slow down and move carefully, only exercised for 30 minutes instead of my usual 45 to 60. I've taken Saturday and Sunday off, will try again tomorrow.

132.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
