I have been eating less and snacking on things like crackers instead of chips. I also cut down the amount of pop I drink and drink water or milk in place. The only exercise I have done so far is just chasing after my one year old!
204.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week

try snacking on baby carrots, they seem to hold you over longer. and no points like crackers.
