I gained weight. I'm sad, but I reached for extra food last night and it's just how it goes. I still like the glass of grape juice that I had. That and meatloaf pushed me up in weight.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
