I weighed in yesterday and was happy to have lost 2 lbs. Although weightless is a necessity, when I started working with my doctor it was the weakness and fuzziness ( like a stroke but not, like a blood sugar spike but not) and the back aches following a day of exercise that truly terrified me. Although my diet changes resulted in a slight weight loss, my other symptoms have disappeared making me hopeful.
