OK, 11 weeks of not sticking to any routine. The summer has taken it's toll but considering the amount of drinking, bbq-ing, eating out, snacking, that I have done the past 11 weeks, I am ok with 12 lbs.
Just need to get right back to it and push back through the 230s into the 220s.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
