Finally!!!!!!!! Another pound down.
197.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1390 kcal Fat: 66.32g | Prot: 40.06g | Carb: 121.36g.   Breakfast: Franz Deli 12 Grain Bread, Butter (Salted), Del Monte Sunfresh Red Grapefruit (No Sugar Added), International Delight Salted Caramel Mocha Coffee Creamer. Lunch: Mozzarella Cheese, Smart Ones Classic Favorites Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza. Dinner: Smithfield Thick Cut Bacon, Spinach, Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Mozzarella Cheese (Whole Milk), Tomatoes. Snacks/Other: Barefoot Chardonnay, Gold Emblem Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies. more...
