I am pleased with this, as I have been trying very hard not to just eat my way through the weekend! Just wanted to eat all the time. Four stone to go now.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1341 kcal Fat: 38.86g | Prot: 84.46g | Carb: 176.13g.   Breakfast: Sliced Ham, Kingsmill Wholemeal Bread, Asda Smart Price Chopped Tinned Tomatoes, Cooked Mushrooms. Lunch: Tomatoes, Tesco Mixed Leaf Salad, Chicken Breast, Coleslaw. Dinner: Morrisons Pasta Shells, Sainsbury's Basics Tomato Pasta Sauce, Spinach (without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Beef Meatballs. Snacks/Other: Asda Sultanas, Peaches, Mixed Nuts, Tea with Skimmed Milk, Satsuma, Coffee (Instant Powder). more...
