Had a guest living with us for 3 weeks, insisting on cooking to help out. Made some bad food choices, leaving me feel yuck, inflammation back, head ache. Back to keto and already feeling so much better!
292.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 112.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
