Okay, we're starting over. The holidays are almost completely over for the year and my body is rebelling. My lower back is sore and my knees hurt. What's really sad is that I sit here typing this while munching on some honey-roasted peanuts :/ These and the partial ham/cheese omelette and hash browns from Huddle House the morning were "the last hurrah"! A new goal is to drop 40-60 lbs by June 2012. Of course, I'd be pretty happy to make 20, but we'll take it one pound at a time. Here we go...
