Ok. Indulged in a 'sloppy joe'on the weekend but otherwise have kept up with pretty well. Doing 1 & 1/2 hrs yoga every Tuesday night plus 1/2 at home every day, encourages me as well.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
