Getting closer to where I want to be. Going to do another month of VLCD. Thought I'd be happy with getting to 18 stone, but a visit to the doc to review medication was quite sobering.still a long way to go, and will endeavour to lose a few more stone. Kids back in school today. Going to miss them. Will have to take some long walks to take my mind off it.
