I am disappointed in the gain but still proud of how far I've come and am looking forward to taking off the 3/4 lb. I gained and then some...next week!I am mostly struggling with eating at night when I am the only one awake. It is not hunger eating it is emotional eating. I am going to keep plugging away at it until I finally conquer it!
258.0 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 121.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It sometimes takes a while to get a diet going. The fact that your are here and journaling about your efforts alone is a huge step. Be patient with yourself and things will surely begin to turn your way.
