I am disappointed in the gain but still proud of how far I've come and am looking forward to taking off the 3/4 lb. I gained and then some...next week!I am mostly struggling with eating at night when I am the only one awake. It is not hunger eating it is emotional eating. I am going to keep plugging away at it until I finally conquer it!
