I am going to record this increase because I am quite happy that it is under a lb. We have been on holiday and it can be difficult to eat the same when camping as when at home and at work. I have also not bothered to record the food here all week as internet access was a bit hit and miss. Starting again today, back to work on Wednesday and hopefully will have a loss next week.

I never record on holiday - a week of time off and fun is a great break mentally and physically - well done for gaining so little - I gained 5lbs in 2 weeks! LOL
ah well, now we just have to behave again ;-)
