Yesterday was exercise class. I decided that I would exercise before I went to keep my routine. I have been eating bfast, exercising with the 10 min trainer and then shower dress and start my day. Its really been working for me. After I am done on here I will do the 10 min workout. I look forward to it every day.

Yesterday I did the 10 min trainer in the morning and brought it to my exercise class. They complained it was too much work but I did it. Then we followed it up with Leslie Sanson 2 mile kickbox n walk. I did it but not some of the moves because my stomach has been hurting really bad. Its the ulcer I think. So I walked those times.

No food last night either. I watched BLC and then went to bed, read a little then sleep. Yay for sleep. I slept good til 3am when my 2 yr old got out of her room and came down to our room and started opening the door and slamming it shut. Oh that child! She may not have gone back to sleep bc she was up by 6am when my husband got up.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 78.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

I hope you get some stomach relief soon!! I know what you mean by YEA for sleep ... glad you at least got some until 3 am. Have a good day ... slow and steady wins the race!!
