I loosened up my diet yesterday, and gained a pound. It's okay. Rick and I ate out for lunch, with all its calories and salt, but it was a good time together. We even ran a couple of errands afterwards that I would have typically done by myself. Dinner was more salt laden than usual, and calorie-wise quite light. We had roasted cornish game hen that was rubbed with kosher salt, rosemary, marjoram and thyme, accompanied by jalopeno black eyed peas and corn. The great news is that according to Fat Secret calorie count, I was calorie neutral. This gained pound is almost certainly all water weight. Their calorie balance also assumes that if I don't log every minute that I'm not sitting down, that I am resting. I wonder if they have categories of activity like "cooking", "doing dishes", "shopping"? I don't think I'm obsessive enough to find out.

There will be no meals out today, and I'm successfully avoiding fudge bars!
133.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
