What is it with bread? Seems I can't even eat a slice without retaining weight. I was not too hungry yesterday, but had a mad craving for bread - so breakfast I had a slice of toast and that seemed fine.

So on another note, I am almost to my gym weight (240 lbs), I have to stop in this weekend just to make sure my membership is paid in full.

Looking forward to the upcoming challenge of exercising for 21 days, I am one of those people that need to be challenged ~laughs~

I was asked yesterday more about the 0 calorie pasta I have talked about, so I will post it here:

I fell in love with the pasta when I first started to loose weight (over 70 lbs ago). I love pasta and I love Chinese foods - so when I found this noodle, and pasta I had to try it. It is not cooked like pasta, but acts like it in most meals - but as a filler it can not be beat. 0 kal, 0 carbs - fantastic! As I have said before, I will be posting some of the meals I make with photos when my order arrives.

Good Luck Everyone!
