I've restarted my diet by going back in my records and copying the foods that helped me to lose weight easily before. My weight had increased since the last weigh in but I have now lost those extra few pounds and I'm expecting a reduction at the next weigh in which is due in a fortnight from now.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 130.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
