I am weighing in a day early this week. We have a free night at a casino we are using so will be gone for my usual Friday morning weigh in. Up 1 pound which I am ok with. Didn't know what to expect after the large loss from the fat fast last week. I've stayed on the "straight and narrow", recorded everything. Even did a couple of "low" days.
Hasn't been as difficult as I expected with my husband home on vacation. He is talking about going to a movie (POPCORN!) next week.....
