I really endulged on this Christmas holiday. When said and done I had gained a whole 7 lbs as of the 26th. I have lost 3 of them already knowing most of it was water weight. I do not regret it because I enjoyed my holiday and I was able to jump right back in to continue my journey. My husband bought me the biggest loser ultimate workout on the xbox kinex!!!! I absolutely love it!
