Back in school and already noticing an upswing on the scale. I need to head that off at the pass. I plan on going for a 3-mile walk at least 3 times before the weekend is through. Hopefully Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. Will check back in two weeks.

Just made a large pot of beans, over a week's worth of once-daily meals. I have been doing well at bringing my own lunch, vs. eating out at Subway.
321.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 1.9 lb a week
