I now find generally eating less on days at home (smaller portion sizes) and stuffing myself when I feel like it. net result is positive as I continue to chip away at the fat. not sure how this will help the rest of you but I believe a change in mindset about how 1 things about food in each meal will make a long time difference weight gain or loss.
