Here we go again. 6lb in 6 weeks would make me feel better for my next holiday. Also less wine september, red wine only fri and sat, unless going out.
145.8 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
