today is day 3 of the 30 day shred. keeping it going. ordered my birthday dress yesterday, i have my goal to work towards and i am going to make it this year. i looked up results people usually get online and while they dont lose alot of pounds they do lose inches which is exactly what i need. i want that dress to fit and look good on me. no big love handles. im over them. ive had them for too long and its time for them to go instead of me just accepting them.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
