Not monitoring portions. Trying to make better choices...but I don't want to tether myself to a scale and measuring cups. Not realistic. Exercising, eating less meat, more vegetables and NO alcohol. Slow and steady wins the race...so far August is a success. This is my End of Summer Resolution. Don't need it to be New Years to turn over a new leaf!
