Basically it was my first workout with my girlfriend who does the bikini contests yesterday. Last night I woke up every 30 minutes or so to discover I was sore as hell. Back and butt yesterday. Today is arms and I'm saying a prayer with some IB PROFFEN I don't feel run over tomorrow morning - not much chance. No pain no gain. Learning a ton about form and getting less self conscious at the gym. Ate fairly well. Still strong with the oatmeal in the morning and that was my goal for this week at least. Gained but the way my muscles feel today they are probably hanging on every drop of water for dear life. Which reminds me I must drink more. Sunday Funday - off to the gym. Oh I must say I was in bed by 10pm on Saturday night with no alcohol in this system. And this muscle soreness beats a hangover hands down - in fact I'm a little elated rather than dragging my butt around.
120.3 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week
