Been on vacation and running around the end of the summer and NOW ready to get back on track.

Trying to eat less food and going to start working out this fall. The last many months of just not eating carbs isn't taking off any weigh anymore so have to try something else.

171.0 lb Lost so far: 74.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 August 2016:
1657 kcal Fat: 114.50g | Prot: 76.84g | Carb: 46.91g.   Breakfast: Oscar Mayer Center Cut Bacon Original, Fried Egg, Butter, Birds Eye Frozen French Cut Green Beans, Coffee, Heavy Cream. Lunch: Corned Beef, Salami, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Lagunitas Lagunitas IPA, Chop't Red Onion, Mixed Salad Greens, Yellow Cake (with Vanilla Frosting). Dinner: Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Brie Cheese, Salami. more...

It may be time to "shake" things up a bit. Have you tried IF or the 5:2 way of eating. Both work well with LC....

I think you will see results from working out alone. And that added to your diet you will get great results! Good luck!
