As I said no weighing opportunity on Monday I thought I would weigh in today before my holiday. This is very encouraging, just need to keep it up whilst camping!!
204.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 57.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
