getting back on it. decided im going to complete the jillian michaels 30 day shred after seeing people amazing result photos. aparently the results people get from it, serious loss of inches, is exactly what im looking for. so here it goes. by my birthday my hips will defiently be down if i stick with this.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
