Aaaarg. I love being home but My family always eats out so I end up with limited 'good' food choices and thus always gain weight when I'm home. Woke up this morning, motivated to get back on this site because, so far, it is the ONLY thing that has ever worked for me!
225.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
