This one-half to one pound a week is starting to get old...however, the "experts" claim it's the best way to do it. How do people not get discouraged?
202.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Because the slower you take it off...the longer it will stay off. It is like baby steps. You start out slow and then pretty soon you will be running the marathon. See you at the finish line my friend!!
