same weight as yesterday, I've small traces of ketosis this morning. I just want to believe that if I don't see the scale going down I can still say that I'm losing inches.
No milk or cream in my decaf coffee yesterday
140.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
