Went to Van with my Best Friend - got my eyebrows micro bladed - what a difference! No alcohol - we drank O Douls on the patio. But we ate terribly - which is fine. Its a win for me still. Woke up feeling great and on Day 10 with no alcohol - 1/3 of a month! Today I am back to eating well and hopefully see under 120 a regular thing in the next 14 days.

121.9 lb Lost so far: 0.1 lb. Still to go: 16.9 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I think micro blading is an old Asian art - a little like tattoo for the the eyebrows, looks like little fine hairs to fill in the spaces and even things out. Is that correct?

Correct! Its like a tattoo. It only lasts for about two years but it fills in your eyebrows perfectly. Now I just keep arching my brows wherever I go I'm so proud of them lol.
