This weekend I will be visiting my family in Panama City FL....I have my Protein, BCAA's and healthy treats on deck....not about to loose these gainz:) Have a great weekend everyone!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
