I did very good until Fri nite when I had a slice of turkey pizza I followed this up with chicken nachos on Sat nite. Sunday I had some booze to cheer on the Saints. BUT I did still lose 3 lbs. I was hoping for 5. I worked out every day but Fri.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
