Working off the meat patty, eggs and cheese from Wednesday (missed a protein meal and ate 9pm too late). Started two glasses of water upon waking today.
214.5 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
