ok, starting over today. i have a lot of studying to do & that is normally high snacking time, but forcing myself to eat breakfast, drink my coffee and make good choices today.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 54.5 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
