yoooooo yooooo :) not discouraged... I'm on Day 5 of no alcohol - which is a big deal for me. And still down 3 lbs. Haven't been hitting the gym but I have been fencing outside and working pretty long serving shifts.
121.9 lb Lost so far: 0.1 lb.    Still to go: 16.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.7 lb a week

Good job on the no alcohol; that's a tricky habit to alter. Sounds like you're getting plenty of activity, too.
