1310 kcal Fat: 108.23g | Prot: 59.42g | Carb: 19.40g.   Breakfast: mustard, mayonnaise best foods,  beef hot dog. Lunch:  cream cheese, celery, iceburg lettuce, pepperoni, bacon ranch, water, oven roasted turkey, shredded tillamook mild cheddar cheese. Dinner: diet pepsi, salsa, oven roasted chicken. Snacks/Other: atkins advantage caramel chocolate peanut nougat bar, pepperoni. more...
