I'm basically starting from scratch starting from today. Tracking just fat and calories is not working for me. I want to start trying to track my WW points again instead and see if that works. So... 31 points to start. 6 Water, 5 fruit and veg per day. I wish I had an online way to track all of those things, but this site at least allows for tracking points! I'll have to go back to using my notebook for the other stuff.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
