Yippee three stone, v happy.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1350 kcal Fat: 46.50g | Prot: 91.97g | Carb: 144.92g.   Breakfast: Asda Smart Price Chopped Tinned Tomatoes, Cooked Mushrooms, Sliced Ham, Kingsmill Wholemeal Bread. Lunch: Tomatoes, Light Tuna Fish (Drained Solids in Water, Canned), Cucumber (with Peel), Green Giant Sweetcorn, Tesco Mixed Leaf Salad. Dinner: Couscous (Cooked), Lamb Leg (Shank Half, Trimmed to 0.65 cm Fat, Choice Grade), Cucumber (with Peel), Mixed Salad Greens, Tomatoes, PizzaExpress House Dressing. Snacks/Other: Asda Sultanas, Mixed Nuts, Walkers Sunbites Popcorn Lightly Sea Salted, Gala Apples, Satsuma, Coffee (Instant Powder), Tea with Skimmed Milk. more...
